Welcome to Taktika. By using our e-learning platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
Account Creation and Maintenance
To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Use of the Platform
Our platform is for educational purposes only. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Prohibition on Sharing Credentials
You are not allowed to share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else. Each account is intended for individual use only. Sharing your credentials with others may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.
Content Ownership and Rights
All content on our platform, including courses and materials, is the property of Taktika, or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.
Payment Terms
Subscription fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Refund policy
-Eligibility for Refunds
*Full Refund within a Specified Period
Users are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
*Partial Refund
Users can receive a partial refund if they request it within 30 days of purchase but have accessed more than 20% and less than 50% of the course content. The partial refund amount could be prorated based on the amount of content accessed.
*No Refund
No refunds are provided if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed or if the refund request is made after 45 days from the date of purchase.
*Special Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other significant life events. Documentation may be required.
-Process for Requesting Refunds
To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team at info@taktikaweb.com; with their order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
-Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
-Non-Refundable Items
*Digital products, such as downloadable materials and accessed services, are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.
*Any promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable.
Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or any unlawful activity.
Limitation of Liability
Taktika is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jordan.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
