Refund policy



-Eligibility for Refunds


*Full Refund within a Specified Period

Users are eligible for a full refund if they request it within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

*Partial Refund

Users can receive a partial refund if they request it within 30 days of purchase but have accessed more than 20% and less than 50% of the course content. The partial refund amount could be prorated based on the amount of content accessed.

*No Refund

No refunds are provided if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed or if the refund request is made after 45 days from the date of purchase.

*Special Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances such as medical emergencies or other significant life events. Documentation may be required.

-Process for Requesting Refunds

To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team at;  with their order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

-Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.



-Non-Refundable Items

*Digital products, such as downloadable materials and accessed services, are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed.

*Any promotional or discounted courses are non-refundable.
